We are looking for a part-time, North America-based (East Coast / Central Preferred) Account Manager, who is brilliant with customer email communication, project management, English grammar, and working with systems.
You will be the company’s go-to resource for client communication and keeping our client projects on track. The Account Manager reports directly to the Creative Director.

Our mission is to empower speakers and entrepreneurs who speak, to stand out as trusted professionals, in order to consistently book new speaking engagements, increase revenue, book new clients, and impact the people they’re called to serve. We have a team of 3 and are looking to add in an Account Manager to fill in the gaps when it comes to client communication, managing project timelines, and making sure that clients receive all project deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Manage incoming and outgoing client emails to ensure that all client communication is timely and resolved.
INVOICING & CONTRACTS: Send emails and follow-ups to clients to receive paid invoices, signed contracts, and on-boarding documentation
SUPPORT: Answer all client support emails using our provided company SOPs and documentation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Review project timelines and contact the client and/or Creative Director via email to request any undelivered information, so that the project timelines remain in good standing.
SOLUTION FOCUSED: Be open to spotting ways that the company can improve in our process, and be willing & proactive to share and implement your solutions with our team.
Skills / Past Experience
You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
You understand online technology and are well versed in Google Suite, Dubsado, WordPress, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, and Acuity Scheduling.
You have a passion for location independence and remote-work.
You enjoy being a member of a remote team and feel comfortable communicating with your team via Zoom meetings/video calls.
